“Staff were all super nice and pleasant! That’s about where the good stuff stopped. No soap or shampoo in the shower, place was visibly dirty, rundown, and the beds were terrible. But, I guess you get what you pay for. I just wanted a place to sleep and take a shower, which it did accomplish that, but I’ve slept better and had better showers at state park campgrounds. Should’ve just pitched a tent somewhere and been better off. But like I said, the staff were all very friendly!”

“Room was nice, bed and location were great, however, the AC went out in the hotel at night. We were roasting! Our room got to 77 degrees with no relief whatsoever! Front desk was nice/understanding but no credit was given for the issue sadly!”

“The property was in the process of being renovated. The rooms were not very clean. For example, inside the drawers they were very dirty. The window treatments in some rooms were hanging in a very disarrayed manner. Felt dirty.”

“This was the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at (and we’ve stayed at a lot). The staff was the most courteous and friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Will definitely go back!”

“Room and facilities were clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Water in bathroom heated quickly and lighting was good for applying makeup. Many options available at breakfast and coffee in room was very good. My only complaint is that the room was very cold when I arrived and had to turn on the heat in order to get it to a reasonable temperature. Hallways were also very cold. For dining I highly recommend Porter Creek Grille just around the corner. Location was very convenient to...
